Science!

The Science subject leader is Miss Rouse. At Ilam we teach Science on a 2-year Rolling Plan. In science, our groups are not the same as our class – Year 1 and 2, Year 3 and 4, Year 5 and 6. This ensures that working scientifically is covered and children have ample opportunity to cover the curriculum without being exposed to topics above their ability and understanding.

Once a year we enjoy a science day in which we focus on different elements of science and celebrate them through exciting experiments and excursions!
