Forest School/Outdoor Learning

 

Our Forest School is currently being delivered by Tanglewood. All children participate in Forest School one afternoon each week. The planning and progression documents/overviews can be viewed below.

Please ensure all children are sent in with wellington boots and suitable overalls/waterproofs/outdoor clothing that you don’t mind getting muddy!

Stone Age art with natural materials. The children made paint with berries, created pigment with leaves and flowers, used clay, charcoal and chalk.

Pond dipping linked to science with animal classification and observation of habitats.
